Hm I'm not religious but I don't understand the joke. Happy New Year anyways, Lae ;)

The good thing about Jesus is that he'll still forgive you after posting that.

Jesus suffered on the cross for all of us. Too bad you had to post something like this. Not a funny pic, at all.

That is hilarious. The holy rollers in the group really need to lighten up. Your beliefs are being made fun of, yes, but who doesn't poke fun at someone else's religion? It's a vicious circle. Who cares?

Devi, a fish is depicted as a symbol of christianity. The fish is on it's back in the water could only mean one thing the fish is dead. The neat thing about christianity is we never stop loving the sinner, only their sins.

It's a shame that 'Christians' appear to have such a limited sense of humour? One would think that their belief was strong enough to dismiss a cartoon.

Well it's not really funny Christian or not. The good thing is JESUS rose from the dead.

as an ex gangster I realise that life is tough and that there are many nut cases around and that one must have good humour, us Irish mock the rest of the world, except the Palestianins for some reason, people here seem to equate it to Nothern Ireland, and it doesnt come close, there just squatters!
and the truth is that Ireland was never united yet they fight to bring back the glory days and sing that we will be a nation once again and spend our lives trying to unite an island that never was united!
the fish cartoon is crap,
now that I'm a Christian I cant smack anyone elses face, but you are supposed to be able to mine, and I know Christ said it, but you just try! ha.

The way that I see it, those who really know God, have experienced God aren't so obsessed about rules. They see the unity in all things, in all people. If anyone gets angry because "their" religious symbol was mocked, well, it just proves the point. The way people respond to such cartoons tells us where they're at. Many are angry, thus, many have lost their connection with God, Allah, the Universe, no-God, the human spirit, or whatever you wanna call it. ~Piece

Funny. For people who don't get it its saying the ideas christians have on how thing work in the universe are dead ideas as we learn more about our world and how it truly is.
The idea of sin is flawed. Ask any great philosopher. Besides that fact, its a concept only expressed in the Jewish and christian cultures. If Jesus was the son of god, why not go to Asia where the population greater so more could receive 'the world of god' and they were more advanced and educated than the vastly ignorant society of the Greek and Roman Empire from where the two religions derive. If it was truly 'the word and only word of the one and only god' then why did it take almost 300 years after Jesus death to move from a small cult organization to an excepted major religion. Christianity, more than anything is reliant on the bible to dictate exactly what Jesus and god wanted yet the first copy didn't come to be until 250 year after jesus death. And was base on letters the Paul, Mark, Mathew and John wrote yet they didn't nor do we now had the origanal letters to make the sure the bible was expressing what was really expressed in the orignals.
Why did it take so long for god to finally send a message to 'his people'.
Well, there are so many more points I could make but these are serious issues that most religious folk don't want to address for if they did the very foundation of all that they believe (in regards to religion, faith and how the world really is) would quickly fall apart.
I don't not hate christians, I just find it funny that Atheists and agnostics on average (not all) tend to know more about something they don't believe than those that do.

Funny how now a days it's ok to make a joke about Christianity or white people and you're not labeled as racist, but make a joke about a black person or a Muslim and you ARE labeled a racist. Where is the respect the other way? I don't know if I will ever understand the world.:(
